Right of return and withdrawal

1-) The return process begins with the delivery of the product to you and is valid for 14 days following the invoice date.

2-) If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. is detected on the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product cannot be returned and the price cannot be refunded.

3-) Shipping costs will be paid by the customer in cases where the return conditions are met.

4-) Products to be returned must be delivered to us by the cargo companies our company works with.

5-) You can return the product or products you purchased, without damaging them, using them and without impairing the resalability of the product, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, by stating the reason.

6-) The return process begins when the product reaches our company. The necessary information will be provided to the consumer via e-mail or telephone as a result of the examination and approval to be made within the first 7 days after the delivery date regarding the returned damaged or faulty products.

7-) It takes an average of 3 business days for the transactions regarding the returns made in accordance with the return conditions to be finalized and the amount you paid to be transferred to your account or credit card.

8-) Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. are strictly not accepted. Returns must be made with the invoice, the original packaging and contents of the product.

9-) Return conditions are also detailed in the distance sales contract you signed when purchasing the product.

Right of Withdrawal:

(The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, email or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 5. In case of use of this right, the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to a 3rd party or the BUYER was sent to the SELLER must be returned. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The cargo cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.

We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or signing of the contract, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, and to take back the goods as of the date the withdrawal notice reaches the seller or provider.

In order for the refund procedures to be carried out in accordance with the general circular of the tax procedure law numbered 385, the relevant sections of the invoice that includes the return section that we have sent to you must be filled in completely and sent back to us together with the product after being signed.
